After we ship your order from our warehouse,
we will send a shipping confirmation email. If
your order includes several items, they may
ship separately and at different times. We
will send you a shipping confirmation email
after all packages have shipped. Your order
may be delayed if your shipping address is
different from your billing address. We use
this additional time to help ensure the
security of your credit information.
We do not offer delivery or shipping on
Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Most items are available to ship in 1-2
business days.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes! We offer 2-Day Express and Next Day
Express shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. You may
select either of these shipping options at
Checkout, but please provide a physical
address. Express shipping cannot deliver to
P.O. boxes.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, but we are always striving to provide the
best service possible to our customers. We are
currently working on finding ways to ship our
products to reach more locations.
Orders with Special Shipping Items Only
Certain items incur a special shipping charge
due to their weight or dimensions. These
special shipping fees are clearly indicated on
individual product pages.
Example: if you purchase a special shipping
item with a $10.00 shipping charge, and a
special shipping item with a $15.00 shipping
charge, and ship via Standard, your shipping
cost will be $10.00 plus $15.00, or $25.00
total.
Expedited shipping costs for a special
shipping item depend on the type of item it
is.
- If it is a heavy item, expedited
shipping cost is calculated based on the
weight.
- If it is an oversized item, expedited
shipping cost is the total of the special
shipping charge plus a surcharge per
oversized item.

Orders with Fragrance Items Only
Fragrance items incur a $5.95 per item
shipping charge. Fragrance items may only be
shipped via Standard, no matter how the rest
of your order is shipped. There are no
expedited shipping options for fragrance
items.
Example: if you purchase two fragrance items,
your shipping cost will be $5.95 x 2, or
$11.90 total.
Combination Orders
Shipping charges are cumulative on combination
orders. In other words, if your order includes
general merchandise as well as special
shipping items, shipping will be calculated
for each component of the order and totaled.
Example: if your order includes three general
merchandise items, a special shipping item
with $10.00 shipping charge, and a special
shipping item with $15.00 shipping charge, and
ship via Standard, your shipping cost will be
$7.95 for ALL general merchandise plus $10.00
plus $15.00, or $32.95 total.
Expedited services are calculated based on the
shipping method selected and the total weight
of the general merchandise and heavy
special shipping items in your order, plus a
surcharge per oversized special
shipping item in your order.
Fragrance items will always be shipped via
Standard, separately from the rest of your
order. There is a $5.95 shipping fee per
fragrance item.
Most items are available to ship in 1-2
business days.
